H-rail for rainproof installation of framed modules

This H-rail developed by us turns your modules into a rainproof roof skin. The modules are slid into the H-rails and secured with the supplied end plates. A sealing tape made of weather-resistant cellular rubber is inserted at the narrow joint for sealing. This allows you to quickly and inexpensively create a rainproof PV roof. The roof pitch must be at least 6° or 10%. ( 1 metre - 10cm difference in height? )

We offer these H-rails for modules with 30 mm, 35 mm and 40 mm frames.

Exclusively for the 30 mm modules, we offer rails in the lengths 3.534 m, 5.306 m and 7.078 m.

For the  35 mm and 40 mm modules, the regularly specified rail lengths of 3.50 m, 5.20 m and 7.0 m apply.

H-rail, cellular rubber, 2 x end plate, 2 x M10x30 screw

Please ensure that only modules with overhead approval, such as our GridParity B108 modules, provide safety for this application.

Material: aluminium, black anodised, similar to RAL 9004

Note: The colour shade of the rails may vary slightly . Due to the production process, isolated grey areas may occur on the surface.
Storage and transport may cause scratches on the anodised surface. This cannot be prevented, as the anodised layer is relatively thin, and small imperfections are normal with this type of surface treatment.
 

Please provide us with the exact dimensions of your modules, as well as the planned installation via the info field during the ordering process so that we can adapt the system to your needs.

Should the selectable rail lengths not fit the module sizes you intend to install, the respective rails can be extended by up to 60 cm for an additional charge of 12.90 € per rail. A further extension beyond this is possible for an additional charge. For this purpose, also provide us with the information on the desired extension in the comment/note field before completing the order.
