General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our online shop.

Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB). A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity.

2. Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract

The purchase contract is concluded with pvDach, Haimelkofen 5, 84082 Laberweinting, Germany.

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalogue.

You may initially place products in the shopping cart without obligation. Before submitting your binding order, you can correct your entries at any time using the correction tools provided during the ordering process.

By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in your shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order is sent automatically by email, but does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract.

We accept your order within two days by:

  • sending you an express declaration of acceptance by email, or

  • dispatching the goods or sending a shipping confirmation, or

  • requesting payment (e.g. in the case of advance payment or immediate payment).

The first of these events to occur shall be decisive.

3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text

The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.

We store the contract text and send you the order details and our General Terms and Conditions in text form. You can view the contract text in your customer account, provided that you have created one.

4. Delivery Conditions

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs may be added to the product prices. Details can be found in the respective offers and during the ordering process.

Delivery & Collection

We deliver to the address specified during the ordering process. Delivery to parcel stations is excluded.

Please note: For certain products (e.g. mounting structures), the presence of the recipient is required for installation.

5. Payment Methods

The following payment methods are available in our shop:

  • Advance payment: After placing your order, you will receive our bank details by email. The goods will be dispatched once payment has been received.

  • Cash payment upon collection

  • Credit card: Your card will be charged upon completion of the order.

  • SEPA Direct Debit: We will inform you of the debit at least one banking business day in advance (pre-notification).

  • PayPal / PayPal Express: PayPal's terms of use apply (www.paypal.com).
    Depending on your PayPal account, additional payment methods may be available (e.g. payment by invoice or direct debit).

  • Purchase on account: Payment must be made by bank transfer within 30 days after receipt of the goods and invoice. Subject to a credit check.
